From drops:
[item=59230] is a reasonably common drop from Cata instances, but can also be found on select mobs in Tol Barad, Hyjal, or Vashj'ir
[item=59029] is a drop from Vashj'ir or Uldum, or purchasable from [npc=39878] at Silver Tide Hollow

[item=59229] is bugged as of this patch. It is only available from a Hyjal vendor who disappears after a phase change.

[item=59229] and [item=59230] are also sold by Zungam in Zul'Aman . Note: As of right now you must buy it from him before releasing him, which then he walks down stairs and stops selling both items. Edit: To add you can easily stealth to this guy, if you are so inclined.
