I started with Surge Forward then 2 Skyward Ascents.
I ran out of vigor pretty quickly after this, and used ground skimming to regain it.
Don't surge forward more than once during the big descent, you will need so Skyward Ascent up the waterfall.
Be careful not to fly into the purple orbs after an ascent.
