You can kill him and Alleria as a timewalker in legion remix. He died in a few seconds because I was maxed vers but they both drop 100 honor, also you get the achieve if you didn't have it.
He also reset when we did it. He started evading just before, so it doesn't seem like part of the fight. We made sure we kept him near his original position and he didn't do it again.
