Trainers can be found here http://www.wowhead.com/skill=185#trainers If you are asking how to skill up from 150 to 225 I found the best way was to combine fishing with cooking and cook your fish. Also if you are horde you can speak to [npc=24291] in Howling Fjord who sells Mystery Meat which is used for Recipe: Carrion Surprise. It makes skilling up from 175-225 very easy for Horde.

As of 5.0.1, the entire 600 skill-points for [skill=185] can be learned in one, single location: Halfhill Market.
You can easily level from 1-525 with [npc=64231], who resides there, in as little as 10 minutes.
