This meta-achievement can be obtained in [zone=9389], in Nazmir (Zandalar), the first raid instance coming in the Battle for Azeroth expansion.
[zone=9389] will open September 4 (NA) September 5 (EU) for Normal and Heroic difficulties, and have a staggered opening for the rest (finishing on October 9 (US) for the last Raid Finder wing).
The Achievements in this meta all currently require Normal+, and, as such, should be available upon the initial release on the 4th/5th of September.

(As of now) The reward, [item=163216] teaches you a Crawg mount. You can find another Crawg mount, [item=160829] in the BfA dungeon [zone=9391].

Boss Encounters and their Achievements:
This meta-achievement requires an achievement for each of [zone=9389]'s 8 boss encounters.

I soloed this Achievement the 31st of January 2023. I did the first Boss Achievement on a 70 Demon Hunter with 371 ilvl, the 6 Following as a 70 BM Hunter with 461 ilvl and the last boss achievement as a 70 Arcane Mage with 421 ilvl.

1: Taloc's Achievement - Elevator Muisc is one where I recommend you simply click on the link to the Achievement and and see the post I made for it. I did solo it as a level 70 Demon Hunter with 371 ilvl, but there is a lot going on with that Achievement, more than I will bother to write here. I will say that while it is solo-able (As a Demon Hunter only I'd reckon) It was so frustrating that I would say it's better to just get a friend to help with this.

2: MOTHER's Achievement- Parental Control is easily solo-able. As commenter pherkier says on the Achievement page: Just walk between the three rooms and click one of the trapezoids (Upside-down triangle looking thingy)with a blue glow on them. If it blinks, go to the next room - If it turns dark, good! Find the correct order to do it in so that the trapezoids in all the rooms are shut off / turned dark and then just nuke the boss.

3: Zek'voz's Achievement - What's In the Box? Is easy but just demands you have the Toy named: Puzzle Box of Yogg-Saron which is acquired with the Archaeology profession. Simply bring the boss down to 65% health, use the Toy, wait for the Toy / Purple box to begin spewing out purple swirly things that you must avoid, once the box begins to spew these purple swirls the criteria has been met and you can just nuke the box.

4: Vectis's Achievement - Now We Got Bad Blood Is also easy, head inside the boss room and clear all the adds before the boss, then just walk outside and down toward the central platform, there you should see the add named Warmother Rakkali - Simply walk onto her to grab aggro, head back to the boss, aggro him and make sure that if you do some damage, do not cleave so that the add dies. Wait until the boss enters his second phase (It is time-based. I burned the boss down to 10% and it did not matter) where he will start spawning Plague Bombs indicated by swirling red circles with blood effects on them. Pull Warmother Rakkali inside one so that is explodes on her, she should then grow a bit bigger and turn slightly red. After this you can now nuke down and kill the Warmother, then you kill the boss after Warmother is dead and you should get the achievement.

5: Fetid Devourer's Achievement - Thrash Mouth - All Stars simply demands you get hit by it's Terrible Thrash attack which it automatically does for each fourth auto attack. Just stand still, open your combat log and make sure you see that it registers damage on you from Terrible Thrash at least once, and then you just burn the boss down.

6: Zul's Achievement - Edgelords is one I am not sure if you can do as a melee DPS? When on the platform to face him, you essentially need to stay way from and never move onto the inner-most "Circle" (More like a square) which is outlined by the bronze/golden framework. As a ranged DPS you just stay at a distance and nuke him down but as a ranged DSP I never saw him come toward me so yeah, not sure if melee's can solo it but this achievement is free for any ranged DPS.

7: Mythrax's Achievement - Existential Crisis can be tricky if you can't burn down the boss quickly enough. Essentially he will spawn a Oblivion Sphere on top of you rather quickly in phase 1 that will mind control you and instantly reset / wipe the encounter. As a 461 BM Hunter with a Bloodlust Pet, consumables active and a burst potion, I was able to nuke him down so quickly that he skipped onto his next phase and didn't even have time to pop any phase 1orb. As his health dropped low he was about to spawn another oblivion sphere on me but using Aspect of the Turtle: I was able to ignore it as my pets DPSed him to death. I think this fight is going to be rather tricky if not impossible for those without enough damage to just burn him down and the ability to pop a full immunity that also lets you move (Hunter & Paladin).

- For good measure I will also mention how I solo'd him on my 421 Mage which I did the last Achievement on. I brought consumable and a burst potion on my Mage as well, I then engaged the boss and placed Touch of the Magi on Mythrax and just nuked him as hard as I could with Timewarp up until the first Oblivion Sphere was about to pop, I then used Ice Block and waited out the time until Touch of the Magi ended, after 3 attempts I had pumped enough damage that the Touch of the Magic's triggering damage just killed the boss while I was in Ice Block.

8: G'huun's Achievement - Double Dribble is one that most likely only can be solo'd by a Mage as commenter Torthie points out on the Achievement page. You simply need to pick up the Shimmer, Flow of Time and Shifting Power talents and simply pick up one of the orbs, stand completely still and just blink your way toward the points where you place the orb. Then you simply wait out the de-buff you get which denies you to pick up another orb (Clear out trash meanwhile) and once that de-buff is off, pick up the next orb and repeat this till all 3 orbs is placed and the boss spawns, wait until the boss has crawled completely out and begins attacking you and then just nuke it. IMPORTANT to note is that during this encounter, adds named Drak Young will spawn and they can knock you back, failing the achievement. So keep an eye out for their spawn and nuke them before they reach you.

That is all, while dependent on some classes and high burst - This achievement CAN in fact be done completely solo as of the date I make this post.
