Defeat Sartharion the Onyx Guardian without getting hit by Lava Strike in 25-player mode.

In order to obtain this achievement, you must avoid Lava Strike, NOT the flame wall. Lava Strike is a targeted aoe, similar to Void Reaver's Arcane Orb. It is an individual achievement.
Honestly, the Lava Strikes are so unimportant compared to the rest of the fight that anyone taking the time to get this achievement isn't going to be very helpful at all, especially when attempting the fight with twilight drakes still up. It blows my mind that Blizzard would add achievements for making a peanut butter jelly sandwich while you should be helping the raid.
