The achievement has account-wide progress so if you don't want to wait for the cooldown, you can just log another alt and place a new box.
Note that each box can be used a few times before it despawns. There is a short cooldown before you can summon a new "wave" of puntable creatures.
The achievement is hidden until you earn it, but it does reward 10 points. I guess this was done so that we wouldn't be spoiled what the new toy was.

This seems to be a hidden achievement that only shows up after earning it.
This is a new Winter Veil achievement implemented in 2024.
(To see the 2024 Feats of Strength achievement go to What Could It Be?)The achievement is connected to the toy [item=218310], a reward from 2024's [item=90892], available for players on Christmas Day (December 25).
The gift is found under the Christmas Tree in Orgrimmar for Horde and Ironforge for Alliance, and can be looted until January.
To get the achievement, follow these simple steps:
1) Loot [item=218310] in one of the gifts.
2) Search for [item=218310] in your Toy Box.
3) Click on it and select whatever option is availble for you.
4) Creatures will spawn and you will need to hunt them down and punt them (right click on them)
5) When you've done that 30 times, you will get the achievement. Note that 3-5 creatures spawn per set and that you may need to wait the 30min cooldown of the toy to punt 30 creatures if you're unlucky. You can swap characters to grant the achievement without waiting for the cooldown... and there you go, you got your achievement and ten achievement points as of 25/12 2024.
Merry Christmas <3
