This is the 2024 Winter Veil - Feats of Strength achievement.
(It is connected to another achievement called Gotta Punt em' All which awards 10 achievement points as of 2024).

The achievement is granted by looting [item=90892] which awards [item=218310], available for players on Christmas Day the 25th of December.

The gift is found under the Christmas Tree in Orgrimmar for Horde and Ironforge for Alliance, and can be looted until January. So no stress about logging in on the 25th. :)
