Strange that it's Omor the Unscarred that has to be killed to get this achievement. Usually it's Nazan that is the hardest and last boss to kill.

Ramparts has always been schizophrenic about whether Omor or Nazan is the end boss; Omor dropped the Primal Nether, while the daily quest was for Nazan.
It is indeed strange that Omar is the "Final" Boss. Considering that The Dragon-Rider pair drop the epics in the Heroic which in rule is always the Final boss in the instance normally.
