This is the former leader of the Dragonmaw, the Twilight Highlands Horde faction, from Cataclysm. She was aided by the Horde in overthrowing the previous Dragonmaw leader, who was a highly corrupted fel orc. During the rebellion, she aided the True Horde, and after Garrosh escaped, she, too, had to flee. Now, it seems, she has taken up residence in Blackrock Spire to have a base of operations in Eastern Kingdoms.
