When the intended storyline quests for a day are completed, hidden quest [quest=76204] will be flagged complete (until the Daily reset), to make the game realize that it has to hide the next ones (that is why you may see a "!" popping up and disappearing immediately).

• Finishing Day 3 of the storyline will unlock some Dailies needed for Whelp, There It Is, the whelp-specific Hide & Seek and Dragonrace Dailies still require unlocking their whelps in the storyline.

1. When you set foot in the [zone=13642] in Patch 10.1.5 "Fractures in Time", [npc=197478] will appear and offer breadcrumb quest Eggs in Abundance.

3. [npc=187130] at the Ruby Lifeshrine encourages you to speak to the five whelptenders at the Ruby Life Pools for Whelptender's Wisdom and then meet [npc=191881] who was assigned to help at Little Scales Daycare so accept Daycare Director Agapanthus and return to Valdrakken.

   • For The Obsidian Hatchling we'll return to the Ruby Lifeshrine to receive a Black Dragon Egg from [npc=185904], and hatch it ([spell=398421] Extra Action Button) close to the Obsidian Oathstone at the Obsidian Citadel in The Waking Shores.
   • 
     
   • For our first hatchling to be comfortable, we'll gather supplies in Loamm and around the Obsidian Citadel for Warmth and Comfort and then place them at the Little Scales Daycare to build a proper nest.
     (**Unfortunately, you'll have to complete or skip (talk to [npc=198751]) the Black Dragon campaign, because you need the recaptured Obsidian Citadel to see [npc=193456] for the [item=202288])

Day 2

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=199259]:
   
   • A Home-Cooked Meal needs 1x [item=197790]. You only need to have them in your bags or bank to see the dialogue option, they are required for the turn-in and will be consumed when you do.

   • For Tag, You're Anxious we'll play Tag with the [npc=200466] (directing her back to the nest can be a bit tricky with all the obstacles/corners)

Day 3

   • What's a Duck? provides [item=202293] so we can go adventure with [npc=200467]. Today we're checking how well she does with battle while practicing on some [npc=192947]s in Ohn'ahran Plains' Primordial Vale (make sure to summon her). But her reactions surprise [npc=182082], so we'll try a more relaxed approach and now start with basic training.
     (on completion hidden [quest=76252] got flagged complete, this unlocks some basic Little Scales Daycare and all Rusziona-related Dailies and forces Obsidian Obfuscation once before it's integrated into the Dailies' rotation)

Day 4

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=182082]:
   
   • Agapanthus is worried because [npc=207169] is still so terrified of the world. We try to build her confidence by finding her a A Solid Pet companion. So we'll visit [npc=193029] in Valdrakken and pick up the [npc=207157], give it to [npc=199259], and as one of the rewards learn how to summon [spell=408961].
     (that was changed in Build 10.1.5.49719 and is a much better solution compared to giving players [item=205232] for several reasons).
   • 
     
   • With her pet doing wonders for her confidence, we think she's now ready to face her biggest fear. For Anatidaephobia we all buckle up and go The Waking Shores to meet [npc=206903], an expert at using pets to heal trauma. When the therapy is done, we return to Valdrakken and being rewarded with ¹[item=206682].

   • For a member of his flight, Lasztak wants to handle the nest for the [npc=200875] himself, so we just gather the materials in Valdrakken, Thaldraszus, and at the Ruby Lifeshrine (yes, for the 3rd time we go to The Waking Shores on Day 4) for Crimson Comfort to help on that.

Day 5

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=199259]:
   
   • For Lasztak's idea of a proper red dragon comfort food we gather some ingredients in Valdrakken (will cost 10 Gold) and at the Ruby Life Pools for a Warm Dragonfruit Pie. In a breathtaking moment, Lasztak will bake a [item=202693] that we're [spell=398990] the [npc=200875] with.
   • 
     
   • For You're Playing Wrong! we're once again playing Tag, this time with the [npc=202626]. But her mindset to play isn't quite right, which is why she's having trouble making friends and it also doesn't work well when we try. [npc=182082] is even saying she's "going to be quite the handful" but for today we're done.

Day 6

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=182082]:
   
   • Agapanthus needs a break from [npc=199990], so we take care of her list of tasks for I'm the Boss!. (this quest needs more work, it felt weird with a list of "something" popping up in the log without context to some of the tasks, i.E. [spell=6478] herbs in The Forbidden Reach to get some [item=202250]).
     (on completion hidden [quest=76253] got flagged complete, this unlocks all Belastrasza-related Dailies and forces Dignified Disguises once before it's integrated into the Dailies' rotation)

Day 7

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=199259]:
   
   • We'll try finding Bela a high maintenance companion for A Cavalier Pet to show here firsthand how she makes others feel. We'll return to [npc=193029] and she'll mark our map with the location of a [npc=207611]. So we'll chase it down in Valdrakken's Ruby Enclave and bring it back to [npc=199259] to be rewarded with [spell=416679].
   • 
     
   • Bela's lack of patience has been stumping Lasztak for quite some time and when he watched some turtles, he thought of one more lesson for Bela, so we are again visiting [npc=207537] in The Forbidden Reach for Patience, Please (make sure Iggy & Princess are alive when you start the pet battle, Wurallie can revive & heal them for 10 Silver). This will reward ¹[item=206758] and bring us to the next flight.

   • We're getting used to it, after hatching the egg we'll have to prepare a nest for our [npc=200855], so we'll gather supplies for Nothing Like a Sandy Nap (needs 10 Gold). (Be prepared to run into phasing issues with the Hourglass vendor when you didn't do the quest chain for Temporal Conflux. Please check the comments for this quest for a potential workaround.)

   • Business as usual, the day after hatching the egg and preparing its nest, we'll find a nice food for our hatchling. If we don't already have it in our bags/bank, we buy some [item=201415] (3.75 Gold) for Artisanal Aging.

   • For Here? There? Everywhere! we're playing Tag with the [npc=202631], because he wasn't moving around a lot so far and he won't either while we play lol.

   • Our Bronze Hatchling [npc=199986] seems to have many allergies. Unfortunatley the sneezing causes uncontrolled teleports, so we'll accept Sneezing Through Time and try to find out what [npc=200856] is allergic to.
     (on completion hidden [quest=76254] got flagged complete, this unlocks all Zhusadormu-related Dailies and forces Eternal Escapades once before it's integrated into the Dailies' rotation)

Day 10

1. Valdrakken - Little Scales Daycare - [npc=182082]:
   
   • While considering all of Zhusa's allergies, Agapanthus came to the conclusion that a pet with scales might work, a hypoallergenic hornswog in particular. And who's gonna help with that, of course [npc=193029]! But the little one is a bit ornery, so we'll capture some [npc=207651] to try to coax it out and it works! So we quickly grab the [npc=207657] and return to Lasztak and be rewarded with [spell=414181].

   • And Zuhsa immediately wants his new friend to fight a battle against a mean plant that makes him sneeze, so we'll return to [npc=207546] and help [npc=204225] win the pet battle while [npc=207921] is trying his best to stay in place to watch it all for Temporal Immunity and then return to Valdrakken to get ¹[item=206971] as a companion.

   • He's already mentioning it while playing Tag and our whelp-tenders also realized... [npc=200768] has terrible eyesight. So we'll better find him a perfect pair of glasses for New Lenses.

   • What could be a more perfect pet for Zalethgos than an enchanted book? Agapanthus heard that Lysindra acquired a similar book, so we'll head there to grab it for A Scholar's Pet but it has been returned to the library so she'll send us to the Azure Archives... Annex (in Valdrakken, phew) and return to Little Scales Daycare to be rewarded with [spell=375600].
   • 
     
   • Since getting his glasses, Zalethgos has been heavily relying on his eyesight. To remain flexible in case he loses them, for Sight Isn't Everything we'll go back to [npc=207546] and let him watch a blind bat fight in a pet battle against [npc=207558] and then return to Valdrakken to get ¹[item=206974] as a companion.

   • Agapanthus is worried, because our [npc=200873] isn't sleeping as much as most green whelps tend to do. So he asks us to play Tag with the [npc=202629] to maybe exhaust him enough to fall asleep for So... Tired....

   • There's a serious problem, [npc=199987] has insomnia! So we are asked to try anything we can think of to help Posidriss fall asleep for A Green Who Can't Sleep?.

Day 16

   • Posidriss's sleeping problems prevent him from connecting to the Dream. Bears hibernate, they dream, and some of the cubs in the Dragon Isles are even connected to the Dream, so let's check if we can fetch one from Lysindra for A Sleepy Pet and be rewarded with [spell=375496] when we return.
   • 
     
   • While Somnius is helping with Posy's severe insomnia, Agapanthus is worried that they are still behind other whelps when it comes to protecting the Dream. To practice fighting the Nightmare, for Hibernation we'll return to [npc=207546] because she found the perfect critter for that lesson. When we return, we'll get ¹[item=206979] as our last companion from the Whelp Daycare storyline and complete Hey Nanny Nanny.

I just finished Posidriss (was the last one for entire world awoken) and the progress of all other whelps reset.

Edit: Seems this is just one of the many achievs people are getting reset. Guess this one hits hard because it was last achiev for many of us i order to complete the whole meta.

Update 2:

Received the answer from a game master:
We are aware of the achievement: Hey Nanny Nanny currently not working as intended and that it is affecting large number of players. However, we currently don't have any workaround. Make sure to report bug at (...) etc.

i did report a bug, and was very descriptive in it (used to work as a QA). Would advise everyone to do the same. Good luck all

Update 3: I've been granted Nanny and AWA after reset. Hope it' same for everyone

What I wish I knew much MUCH sooner is that you can give yourself a free teleport back to the Little Scales Daycare as many times as you like.

I know a few quests have you travelling to and from the daycare quite frequently so much so the hearthstone is not off CD.
So for the free teleport back, simply:

2. Accept the Derby quest from [npc=201443]
3. 
   
4. Forfeit the race.
5. 
   
6. Travel to your quest location wherever that is and do what you need to do.
7. 
   
8. Then to get back to the daycare, open you quest log and Abandon the derby quest!

10. And pop you're back
