This achievement and associated pet reward, Mister Muskoxeles, were re-added in TWW, patch 11.0.5 in October 2024. Ignore all the comments about this achievement being unobtainable--those are old comments from Dragonflight era. It will require obtaining most pets in all source categories, but it is indeed attainable. For the easiest-to-obtain pets, be prepared to spend lots of cash buying tradable pets in the AH.

Not to sound like a spoiled brat, but the reward for collecting 1800 unique pets is...THIS? This ugly yak pet?
Feels more like a feat of strength, at the moment. I'd dare say around "Insane in the Membrane" territory. Well, good luck all!
