TheWoWDBIt's a level one duck regardless of what you have in your team. I leveled my Iggy to 25 and 2 other level 25 pets, and i battled a lvl one duck.

The quest name is a reference to a "Farside" comic by Gary Larson. "Anatidaephobia: The fear that somewhere, somehow, a duck is watching you." (I'm a long time "Farside" fan, and this is prob my new favorite Blizz joke quest name).
Fill your team with level one pets (making sure Iggy is somewhere on that team). You only have to beat a level one opponent in order to get quest completion. Iggy does not have to the active pet, Iggy just needs to be on the team in the pet battle.

Description
The time has come, {name}. Her new pet Iggy has been doing wonders for Rusziona's confidence, and now I think she's ready to face her biggest fear. Ducks. There is a tauren in the Waking Shores who is an expert at using pets to help heal trauma. I think she might be just what we need. Lasztak and Rusziona will meet you there.
