Scarred Spear is located in the Hellfire Ramparts dungeon in between the last 2 bosses upstairs.
This is placed in the right side room of the cantina at /way 67.00 52.60 above the bench, beneath the tiki masks.

Ebon Banner is located in the Icecrown Citadel raid on the left side of Lady Deathwhisper's room.
This is placed in the center room of the cantina at /way 39.67 49.70 above the barrels.

The Corrupted Lantern can be found upstairs in the Derelict Legion Vessel after crossing the top of the boxes at /way 59.23 28.15 Corrupted Lantern.
It looks to be bugged at the moment and not actually placed into your bags so you cannot place it in the Arcantina. Workaround as of 3/14/26: return to the broken shore where the portal is at. Instead of entering it you will find the Corrupted Lantern on the floor right behind it at /way #646 48.85 55.34
This can be placed in the right side room of the cantina at /way 75.33 40.20 on a little bench

The Zandalari Scroll can be found inside the Throne of Thunder raid. It is in the first room after killing the first boss Jin'rokh the Breaker, at the end of the hall on the right.
This is placed in the left hallway of the cantina at /way 25.7 43.8 above a bookcase.

The Evergreen Vine can be found the very northwest corner inside the Firelands raid at the Circle of Thorns.
This is placed in the left side room of the cantina at /way 36.2 28.9 behind a blue caldron on a table.

The Pylon Fragment can be found inside the Dire Maul West instance. It is to the left of the first boss, Tendris Warpwood. The entrace to the dungeon is at /way Feralas 60.33 30.23
This is placed in the left side room of the cantina at /way 25.2 22.5 in front of the bookcase.

The Weathered Tome is located in the hut at /way Nagrand:Outland 56.34 34.32
This is placed in the right side hallway of the cantina at /way 62.4 45.0 on a bookshelf beside a small chest

Hang the scroll in the hallway leading left of the main room of the Arcantina, just past the door to Khadgar.

FIRELANDS:
Evergreen Vine is up the Path of Corruption (North-west corner of the Firelands)
Item is placed in the room with Khadgar in the Arcantina, behind the Cauldron

DIRE MAUL:
The Pylon Fragment is in Dire Maul - Capital Gardens (West). It's next to Tendris Warpwood
When you return to the Arcantina, the shard goes in the room with Khadgar.

NAGRAND:
The Weathered tome is right next to Grandmother Geyah on the outer wall of the hut next to the crates and bags
It is then placed on a shelf on your way from the main room to the questgiver

VOLDUN: "Fragrances of the Dunes"
You can get both items as Horde (so I assume also as alliance) they are marked on your map so pretty easy to spot.
The Banner is just east of Vulpera Hideaway past some lizard mobs, the Anchor is leaning against a small boat on the coast near the Alliance Harbour
Back at the Arcantina, the Anchor is placed just to the right of Nisha, and the Banner just to the right of the portal
You can buy both from Morta Gage after regardless of which quest reward you chose
