There's a much simpler strat to doing these achievements.

If there is no one in melee range of Saurfang/Muradin they will begin using an ability called Rending Throw. Neither the DoT or the initial hit scale with Battle Fury (their damage buff). The DoT only lasts 18 seconds so two tanks can swap aggro with taunts to let the stack drop, which is usually around 10 stacks or so. On initial aggro Muradin will run into melee range and will continue to do so against that target. However, if aggro changes to another target at range for whatever reason he will simply stand there, rooted in place, and throw axes at you.

It's actually a lot easier to heal the bleed damage over the melee damage to boot. Just use three tanks and position two on the enemy railing for taunt swapping Muradin. So long as no one steals aggro (generally a good idea to let the first tank build some threat before the second one taunts at range) everyone can permanently stay on the enemy gunship.

EDIT: Ok, why are people downvoting this? It's a valid strat and one I do every single week.
