There are 192 glyphs you can discover.
There are 139 glyphs that you train from the trainers.
There are 3 glyphs that you can buy from the Inscription Supplies vendors.That makes 334 glyphs, 10 trainable abilities (research, levels of inscription, etc.) and 122 non-glyph items you can make.
Total number of learnable inscriptions: 466.
Check your statistic and you should be able to figure out how much longer you'll need to do Northrend Research and/or use Books of Glyph Mastery.

I was all happy thinking that when i got to 466 i would be done with my 3 daily cooldowns. I reached that number yesterday, anyways i tried my cooldowns today to see what happened and i am still learning glyphs :(
Does anyone know what's the real number of inscriptions learned? i'm 469 and counting now..

I have 556 on my scribe, but am not sure I'm maxed out yet. I have no more Pandarian or Wrath glyphs to learn (I can no longer use the Book of Glyph Mastery and receive an error message when attempting to do so), and haven't done the minor daily cooldown in quite a while. I'll try to pick that back up and post here again when I do.
