Last Man Standing

I just got sniffed on this, was in a 1on1 situation and my opponent left exactly when he was gonna die so I didnt get the achivement. Evil I say!

Or it could be a reference to whoever is the last man standing at the end of the match. I know Blizzard loves to draw references to various media and cultural things, but some things are named simply because they are what they are named, as in this case.

if 4 my teammates leave, can i kill the last man standing of opposite team and get this achievement?

EDIT: yes, they CAN leave.

HOW TO:
Arena match starts, and you see a pve/green geared 1400-1600 rated team. So, what should you do:
1) you just kill some1 from their team (to make sure that you got this game) and then random teammate go KAMIKAZE TO TEH CROWD to become a sacrifice lamb. <<< THIS IS IMPORTANT, you will NOT get this achievement if there were NO DEAD (dead<>left) members in your team.
2) you faceroll others, all you need is killing blow to the last member, while at least 1 your teammate is already dead, and others left. but there's a really boring thing - others know WTF is this achievement, and they don't want you to do this :) Better for you that your mates should left when last enemy is on really low hp, or he will think:" LOLWTF IM ALONE AND THEY'RE LEAVIN I SMELL LASTMANSTANDING!11"

got owned 4-5 times by those guys who always leave :(
