Blizzard is not entirely clear on this but likely from this week's reset until season 2 this achievement will be unobtainable. That is unless you completed the criteria for the 4 dungeons which won't be in season 1 before the reset.

Achievement gatekeeping.... Why they've disabled m0 is beyond my comprehension, you can't obtain this anymore untill season 2 (hopefully)
Sure seems to be the case 2weeks later, when the achivements still hasnt changed well better do as many of the dungeons as we can on M0 this season and wait for next season and hope it doesnt overlap with already existing dungeons..
