2005: Murky the dancing murloc
2006: No con
2007: Murloc Costume
2008: Big Blizzard Bear (The murloc is riding the bear with a Blizzcon flag at hand)
2009: Grunty of the Marine unit
2010: Deathy the murloc Deathwing
As of the 4.3 PTR, they've added sounds to the Murkablo, although they're not in sync, yet. :(
