I did not receive the mount after completing the achivement. Anyone else had this problem? It isn't in my mail either.

It is! I also missed the 20th anniversary, but I did all the achievements mentioned here and just got the mount! After doing all of those, you'll get the meta achievement and the mount goes straight into your bag:)
