I'd just like to add, that all of your characters, including ones you didn't make yet, will receive this pet. Before the ATR ended I thought that only characters that are above level 71 qualify for the pet, apparently I was wrong.
In 2011 the requirement for this pet has gone down to 50 or more games played in the 3v3 bracket.
