need to spam Ashran, literally no other chance to get this. Worgen are rare. 1 or 2 per Alliance team is my best guess. So on average (since your team needs to be dominant), itll take 60 - 80 wins and 150+ bgs in Ashran to get this.
The honorable kills you make in the new Epic Battleground Ashran count toward this achievement.
