The Feral Defender spawns after 1 minute and begins the fight with 8 stacks of Feral Essence. He can revive himself at the cost of 1 stack, so getting this achievement requires killing the Defender 9 times.
Each time the Defender is killed he leaves a Seeping Feral Essence void zone on the floor, so each kill must be on a new location without blocking the rest of the raid.

I mean, who has patience to stand there for 30 seconds between each kitty rez 9 times :)
As of 6.0.3 this achievement is ridiculously easy to get. As 640ilvl frost DK, I was just standing facing away from the boss and waiting for the defender to respawn :)
