Ordos is now available in panda remix. Just walk to the edge of the bridge and you get sent across. I'm assuming you need to be 70 and have the cloak toys unlocked, but I'm sure other will try without either of these and let us know.

I reached 70 and maxed cloak on timerunner and still cannot go to area where Ordos is. EDIT: They appear to have fixed it and now just walking to the edge of the bridge works as well as your retail characters are no longer locked from the area.
I could get to him in my level 60-s. Guess you only need the original cloak on one of your (permanent) wow-characters.
