Just completed on my Remix 40 Fury Warrior, picked up scenario from Lorewalker Fu at the Seat of Knowledge. Fairly straightforward, cannon fire and hand bomb radii are clearly marked, just stay out of those.
Ship #1, kill boarding party until Lieutenant appears on upper deck. Once he's dead, use cannon to transport to Ship #2. Use coiled rope to transport to Ship #3. (Older comments suggest a buff on lower deck of second ship, but I took the coiled rope as soon as I saw it and can't confirm. I did not kill all mob on second ship)
Ship #3, each of the three Lieutenants will drop an explosive, gather those. Prime the explosive barrels on the bottom deck by clicking on the wheelie thing, attempt to run upstairs where presumably there's a transport method. However, I died in the explosion so don't really know. The good news is I spawned on the next ship, killed a few mob and then charged the Admiral. There's a Rapier available on the railing which had a long cast time and didn't seem that strong, so I just melee'd the Admiral down and finished.
Easy peasey, just stay clear of the red blast circles.
Earned a few gems, 200 bronze and a minor upgrade shoulder.

Thanks for this, it helped a lot! I can confirm that there is a transport method on Ship #3. If you run up top, there is a rope that will swing you over to the next ship, which has a cannon that sends you over to the Admiral's ship. I burned down the Admiral with my pets and finished it. Oh, if you fall in the water between ships 2 and 3, watch out for the big fish (I died too quickly so I didn't see what it was lol) on the other side of the ship as you're trying to swim to the rope. If you die from it, just rez as close to the rope as you can and climb up.
