Just think that your racial skill might help you a bit (the goal isn't to reach the maximum but "only" 450) :

Also notice that Dwarfs, even without that kind of skill, are avantaged in [skill=794] thanks to Explorer.

So, yeah, Humans, Night Elves, Orcs, Trolls, Undeads... You don't have anything to help, but you'll find advantages in other aspects of the game ;)

Becoming a Grand Master in any profession requires skill level of 350.

MOst people will get this in general play - however, if you are for some reason just using a prof to get this achievement, a gathering would be best - Herbalism being the easiest and fastest to level, followed by skinning then mining.
