Raise an Army for Skyhold

If you quested through Argus, you can buy 7x [item=152095] & 7x [item=152096]. You have to use 2x, as they are Unique (5).

While those troops still have to die so you can recruit more of them, at least they dont have 30minute wait time like the normal recruits.

Which makes the achievement still a bit of a pain, but you can now have 7 recruits that you want to die instead of just 3 at the same time & you should be done after 5-6 Logins.

EDIT: Recruiting troops from the BfA mission table also gives credit for this achievement but has the problem where you can't recruit troops if you have some already. Gotta kill 'em too.

Despite the option being there but grayed out you're not able to manually dismiss troops ever. If you want more troops, you have to run their vitality down to zero doing missions.

If you want to kill them quick look for missions with the Lethal hazard (green skull) indicating that troops will lose all vitality on the mission. Make sure you DON'T counter it so troops die.

If your character has done Argus you can also pay 150xOrder Resources (and then 900xOrder Resources for any more each week) from NPCs in the Vindicaar for [item=152097], Krokuun for [item=152095] and Eredath for [item=152096] to get credit for the achievement quicker. They have a two troop limit though so you'll need to kill them as well if you want to hurry this achievement along.

Also be on the look out for Order Resource costs for missions. Some can be as low as 100 Resources while others can be almost 5k Resources possibly more.

These are warbound, so if you have multiple Warriors, all troops recruited on any warrior add to the count.
