It's worth noting that out of the four achievements needed for the Meta, Glory of the Legion Hero is the only one that appears to be account-wide, meaning you'll have to do the other three on every alt you want the appearances unlocked on.

I have completed the Balance of Power questline and yet do not have the Improving on History part of this achievement. Anyone know why that is?
Except, their not losing subs. Telling players that this is a waste of time is you literally trying to turn people away from the game. Maybe its toxic players who make them lose subs.
