Here is a 7 steps plan on getting this achievement:
Step 1:Pick the quest It's Goat Time, Baby from Garyanne Fleezlebop.
Step 2:Make a macro of:/target Billy Goat
/use Billy Goat Blaster
Step 3:Bind the macro to your ActionBars.
Step 4:Open your Achievements window and Track the Ready, Set, Goat! Achievement,it is in Quests>Eastern Kingdoms Category.
Step 4:Run around and spam the macro.
Step 5:Turn in the quest after getting the achievement.
Step 6:?
Step 7: PROFIT!

Using the Billy Goat Blaster or the Billy Goat Blaster DX, blast 12 Billy Goats in under 1 minute.
