The total amount of Anima required for this achievement is 64000 (4000 from rank 1 + 20000 from rank 2 + 40000 from rank 3)
- Anima conductor: 1000 + 5000 + 10000
- Transportation network: 1000 + 5000 + 10000
- Mission table: 500 + 5000 + 10000
- Covenant special: 1500 + 5000 + 10000
So you basically have to farm lotsa anima, to upgrade the sanctum, AND then you get more anima rewarded after. Yikes.
