Imo, Those two bosses are some of the easiest bosses in Naxxramas so far. They are obviously only a healing fight (and a bit dps fight on kel'thuzad. Anyhow, I were facerolling them in item level 200 gear. Just my 2. pennys. - Kranius

As of Cataclysm, you can now go straight for Sapphiron before clearing the previous wings. Killing this boss shouldn't be too hard if you have a group of at least a few 85s with some kind of tank and healer.

Sapphiron and Kel'Thuzad are the two extremely hard to kill bosses in Naxxramas. To have this achievement is a real pride.
