as in TWW: the only scrapable items are from dungeons/raids so u can just farm BFA dungeons, kill bosses and scrap their loot, worked fine with me in TWW.
best dungeon is freehold but it has to be on normal so u can reset it.
clear, reset dungeon and go again. can also skip ring of booty boss in freehold as it take so much time to spawn
