Tip: You do not need to 5 cap at the start of the game. Heck, get 3-2 lead, then before you win (Roughly a minute before) 5 cap it.
I think I lost my progress for this achievement after patch 8.1.5 went live.
In 8.1 I had a progress of 5/10. I don't PVP very often... so this will take me a few more years I guess
