The Captain's Booty

•

• Captain Demeza is located on top of the bank in Booty Bay, near Horde Flight Point master. You can get there by getting upstairs to the Baron Revilgaz room.

•

• Upon talking with Demeza, you can choose to "drink" with her, you will not get drunk, but will get a buff.

•

• Buff will turn you into pre-set pirate character of your race and gender, your main hand and offhand weapons will still be visible. (screenshots)

•

• You can also get shorter version of buff from commoners in capital cities. Buff lasts for 12 hours of real time from Demeza and 1 hour of real time from commoners. (ticks while offline)

•

• Buff does not breaks from combat, death, casting, phasing, logging off. You can click it off though.

•

• Act of shapeshifting breaks the buff.

•

• Shapeshifted targets will deshift upon getting buff.

•

• If you by any means lose the buff, you can get new one from Demeza as long as she's in town. Or from commoners.

•

• You can get it if you're Hated with Booty Bay because NPCs arent associated with any faction. Just rush there and feign death or die or whatever.

•

• Buff does seem a bit unstable, people got accidental cancels for various reasons such as mounting on flyer, dismounting, phasing, just traveling.
