You can buy all the recipes from the Shazdar <Sous Chef> for the horde and from the Bario Matalli <Sous Chef> for the alliance except from Blackened Surprise,Recipe: Seafood Magnifique Feast,Recipe: Broiled Dragon Feast and Darkbrew Lager.So you can do it "easy" without learning the 2 from achievs.It just need time.
