anyone knows when the champions become Epic Level, lvl 60?
I'm like 90% sure that each "rarity" level of the NPC's get increases their mission effectiveness. I've 2 NPCs that have an identical ability. Putting my Epic level NPC on the mission increases mission %Chance by much more than my Rare level NPC. Both are level 120, only their "rarity" seems to matter.
