Can confirm: Simply burn the boss for achievement.
Since there are no resistances (removed in 5.0.4) achievement is earned no matter what.

Confirmed. If you have 100+ frost resist at anytime during this fight. You will not get the achievment.

Frost DK's with 3/3 in Acclimation will prevent your raid from being able to get this Achievement.
