Now seriously
Here's how putting out the fires works in Horde villages:
1. Brill - long way to run, lots of obstacles, flames on both sides of three buildings, seen "groups" of like 10 ppl failing it
2. Razor Hill - still long way to run, a bit less obstacles, dunno havent done that one much, but seems a bit easier
3. Falconwing square - are you kidding me? about 5 yards between the tub and the place where u can stand and throw buckets, only two buildings on fire (atleast ive only seen two)... easily two-manned (and I mean very, very easily), and im sure it can be one-manned... by a druid maybe...

However, I see tons of ppl in Brill and three at best in Falconwing
Yes, Brill is closer to zeppelin. But you can save a lot of time by quickly putting out the flames.
And Falconwing is really, seriously a lot easier

Alliance side:
If your having problems getting this done because you can't get a bunch of people together, head to Azure Watch and do the event there. It's nearly solo-able, and should be easy for two people to do.

Start the event, grab a bucket and wait at the side of the in for Him to start the fire, and right away put it out, and finish the Inn. Then work on the other building. I did this solo and had the second building almost complete when someone else finally came up and tossed the last bucket on the fire for me.

Ok current one, done in 15 seconds solo at Azure Watch, go there alone and make this macro

Then grab the blue ! quest and stand by the bucket of water and get one, when it drops the first fire spam that macro grabbing more water into the tiny spot in middle top of the building like 5 times, it goes out and u done nearly instantly
