Which is ironic given that the achievement icon is a female goblin...
I too am disappointed in this. Usually if a title is gender specific they include both. Examples: Crazy cat lady/guy. Fun gal Fun guy. Talon King/Talon Queen. I am female and all my toons are female, this title is worthless to me as I don't identify as a guy. Fail on Blizz.
