Vesperon/Tenebron provides you the most time alone with Tenebron because Vesperon does not land until 90 seconds after Tenebron. Your combo choice should hinge on the strengths of your raid, though. Vesperon/Tenebron relies on DPS' ability to burn down Tenebron before Vesperon lands and opens his first portal.
I would say it is also easiest, unless your raid can avoid the Lava Tsunamis and your tank on Sartharion can be kept up during a Flame Breath as Shadron increases fire damage taken by 100%.
