Who Needs Bloodlust? (10 player)

Thorim is now soloable so the Mind Amplification Dish is now the only one requirement.

1) pull the boss by killing jormunguar and other mobs in the arena, open the gate and wait for the Dark Rune Warbringer to spawn

2) When the Dark Rune Warbringer is spawned take him to the tunnel and kill other mobs who came with him (commoners, evokers, etc.) and continue through the tunnel with Warbringer following you killing everything else.

3) After you reach Thorim you can wait untill Sif is gone to make it easier.

4) At this point there will be ton of adds in the arena so jump down and AOE them down.

5) Now get Thorim to 20% HP +- and wait for the Warbringer to come back to you back through the tunnel.

6) Use Mind Amplification Dish on Warbringer. If it is successfull it will make Warbringer your pet and he should cast Aura of Celerity on you (blue buff) immediately. As soon as the buff is active burn Thorim down quickly since the Dish has not very long duration (I don't know if it's possible with any pet active)

Just soloed this achievement as a level 90 rogue (Primalpunk on Twisting Nether) based on kpk02's post about how to solo Thorim.

I specced shuriken toss and burst of speed and I have engineering profession.

Here is what I did:

1. Tinker Mind Amplification Dish on my belt and made some Explosive Decoys with engineering.

2. Stand in range of the lever that opens the gauntlet and kill the mobs that are fighting the Jormungar in the arena with shuriken toss.

3. As soon as last mob dies I click the lever to open the gauntlet and sprint towards the big add. Throw one shuriken at him to aggro him (better to dont have any lethal poison on weapon for this part so you dont accidentally kill him) and then spam Burst of Speed back out to the arena before the electric "wipeball" from Thorim catches up with me.

4. when I get out to the arena I put an explosive decoy between where the dark iron dwarf (the healer) and the Jormungar were positioned in the beginning. When the decoy is in place I burst of speed back into the tunnel and just stand there with the big add hitting me untill the gate closes and the mobs respawn on the arena floor. When they spawn the dark iron dwarf will go hit the decoy and it will explode and aggro all the mobs who will then come running after me through the gate and into the gauntlet.

5. when the mobs are in the gauntlet I mark one of them that I wanna keep alive and then kill the others. Now I only have the big add + the marked mob hitting me so I go to the first door and kill the big add when I arrive there. This opens the door so I keep going up the stairs killing everything in my path but still keeping the marked mob following me. When I have killed the 2nd big add the door to Thorim will open so I take the marked mob half way to Thorim and stop there and re-apply lethal poison on my weapon.

6. Now I kill the add to trigger phase 2 and still stay in the middle of the hallway while Thorim is talking but the second Sif spawns and starts talking I sprint towards them and Fan of Knives to aggro Thorim while I jump past him and down to the arena again. If this is not done at the right time then he will cast his "wipeball" and kill me.

7. As soon as I land on the arena floor there will be a Dark Rune Warbringer there. I just start by blinding him and DPS Thorim down to around 50-60% HP. Then I use the mind amplification dish on the blind mob and cast his "aura of celerity" if it's not already active. Then go back on Thorim and just pop all CDs and burst him down.

8. If Sif jumps down to the arena before Thorim dies she can cast some charm on me which will make me friendly and reset the encounter so I have the PvP trinket equipped just in case.

So that's about it... Hope this helps if someone wanna try solo this achiev.
