Assuming that professions are jobs, if you work 9 to 5 you have ONE day job. Now you could say working 9 to 5 to 1, but that sounds pretty stupid. I think Blizzard did a very good job with naming this.

It makes no sense to "drop a gathering profession and pick up tailoring" to get this achievement since the gathering professions count towards it already! Seriously, what the heck.
Note that this requires you to have two professions of level 350.
This is because it requires the ability of grand master in two professions, which is obtainable at level 350 - NOT that you have those professions at level 450.This is quick achievement points for a lot of current level 70s.
