If you have a class where you get extra 10 points in certain professions and it says 800/810. For instance on my Blood Elf I get an extra 10 points on Enchanting. You need to get that "extra" 10 points to get this achievement. I know the achievement says to 800 skill, but in this case you need 810 points.

Do Darkmoon Faire quests religiously to get +5 points to any profession every month. Example. DMF begins on the first Sunday of every month.
You must have two at max at the same moment. You cannot get a profession to max, drop it, and get a second profession to max in that same slot; it won't work.
