I just did it.
I simply brought a healer friend into ab, ran to stabs/farm right at the beginning and kill the person guarding it. Then, run up to their base and start farming that guy. A little bit of gear doesnt hurt either...

No, but they gas up the wecking ball as it smashes the walls. So there should be an achivement that reflects this. 'Heal someone of 60,000 damage without letting them die in a battleground.' Possible names could be 'Combat Medic', 'Pocket Healer', 'Backseat Driver', or 'Get This Rogue Off Me'.
