Hallow’s End Haunts Come to Your Neighborhood
At the start of Hallow's End, each neighborhood will be randomly assigned a theme, complete with themed cosmetic features, candies, and daily quests from Nomi. Ready to join the haunted festivities? Pick up the “A Haunted Home” breadcrumb quest from a Holiday Enthusiast who will direct you to Yin in your neighborhood.
Neighborhood Tricky Treat Traders
Trade your Neighborhood Candy for Tricky Treats! Exchange rates vary between neighborhoods, and vendors offer a fresh rate each day. Be sure to chat with them to find the best deal.
Neighborhood World Quest: Community Candy Crawl
For 15 minutes every hour, you can trick-or-treat around Founder's Point and Razorwind Shores, collecting candy from buckets that appear outside occupied player plots. Collect 10 Neighborhood Candy from the buckets to earn XP, 2 Trick Treats, and 3 Neighborhood Candy.
Be A Good Neighbor
Each neighborhood has a visible Neighborhood Contribution bar that residents can fill by participating in neighborhood quests and activities during Hallow’s End. As the bar fills, festive decorations appear throughout the neighborhood, and residents can find more lootable candies around the Candy Bucket in the Neighborhood Holiday Hub.
Daily Quests
Trick-or-Treating
A quick neighborhood cleanup is in order! Discarded Wrappers are scattered around the Neighborhood Candy Buckets; clean them up to help fill the Neighborhood Contribution bar. The more the Neighborhood Contribution bar fills, the more Haunted Candies you can loot from the neighborhood Candy Bucket. You can also lend your neighbors a hand by visiting other neighborhoods and cleaning up their Discarded Wrappers.
Ghost Busting
Equip quest-earned Ghost Gear or grab nearby gear to hunt ghosts before they escape. Drop each catch into the Ghost Tank. Once full, it summons a Shade of Seabreaker Skoloth in the Holiday Hub. Team up to pull it into a magic portal to reveal a Treasure Chest filled with Tricky Treats and Neighborhood Candy. Watch out: the Headless Horseman may appear and summon another Shade elsewhere in the neighborhood.
You're a Spider, Man
Place webs to boost your Neighborhood Contribution! As you explore the neighborhood, keep an eye out for Webspinner Egg Sacs. Interact with one to transform into a spider for 3 minutes, then spin up to 10 webs around the neighborhood to give it an extra spooky feel. You can stop being a spider at any time; just keep in mind that there’s a 15-minute cooldown when you end your transformation.
Wickerman Piñata Candy Collection
Each neighborhood, Drustvar, Duskwood, or Felwood, gets one of three random themes. Near Yin and the Wickerman, a portal leads to a holiday hub where you can complete a daily quest and add 10 candies to the piñata.
Once it’s full, start the fight or save it for later. If you decide to “Start Whacking”, a one-minute countdown will begin. Whack the piñata to knock out Neighborhood Candy, then collect it. When it falls, gather bonus candy and trade it for Tricky Treats at the Tricky Treat Traders.
