A targeted party member is protected from all physical attacks for 6 sec, but during that time they cannot attack or use physical abilities. Players may only have one Blessing on them per Paladin at any one time. Once protected, the target cannot be made invulnerable by Divine Shield, Divine Protection or Blessing of Protection again for 1 min.
How it works
Each cast of Blessing of Protection costs 25 Mana. Casting it triggers a 1.5 sec global cooldown. Its dispel type is client id 1. Its aura procs every time its trigger condition is met.
Blessing of Protection is built from 2 client effects, applied in this order:
- Effect 1 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 39.
- Effect 2 is Apply Aura (effect type 6). It applies aura type 25.
What it does
Blessing of Protection is a Holy spell with an instant cast, a range of 30 yards, a 5 min cooldown and effects that last 6 sec. When cast it applies an aura. The client files the whole spell under the invulnerable mechanic.
