TheWoWDBCannot continue pass this part. Their are ingredients on the floor you have to use on the pot to make the Storm Brew.
Unfortunately the NPC's don't tell you which and how many of said ingredients to use on the pot. I've clicked on each of them 100's of times to try to progress and still nothing. I believe this is a bug.

To complete brew you must figt and kill two waves adds. After first wave Chen speak with you and after second is brew done. GL HF
I never had to actually make the storm brew itself. Either that was a stopgap solution to the bug, or another bug. Dialogue never implied that I had to make the brew myself, simply protect Aegira while she did.
