TheWoWDBShe is inside the Heart of the Forest. If you go to the main entrance and get as close as you can without getting kicked out, (about 62.6, 42.6) and look to the right, then type in your chat box:
/tar Aithlyn
she is at about 48.5, 50.5 - and becomes high lighted for you. That this vendor is in there, I believe you need to do the Night Fae covenant in order to interact with her. So much for getting a few glyphs for my mage.
