Annoyingly, he doesn't say anything funny after you "annoy" him (i.e., click on him a lot). Which, I suppose, is to be expected from someone as annoying as Pelagos.
All he says is one of the following:

I will judge souls with compassion.

This is my calling.

I am honored to serve.

...Lame.

For real though, look at the sound file name, and the list of all the other characters given this sound file... Does this mean he's considered a Titan now? The Jailer also has the same sound file, so apparently he is a Titan too? Hmm...
