TheWoWDBI'm trying to figure out why, after researching tier 7 of my order hall, Ariana Fireheart isn't recruiting Shivarra for me. I paid 10,000 order hall resources for a more powerful troop type. I'd like to use them. I can't find any info here to indicate what I'm supposed to do. Anyone know? Is there something simple I'm not doing?
